What Tools99 is

Tools99 provides free tools that run in your browser: PDF, image, video, audio, text, developer and everyday utilities. There are no AI tools on this site and no calculator products. The tools are provided free of charge, with no account and no sign-up.

Your files and your responsibility

Your files and text are processed on your own device, except where a tool page names a public service it calls (currency rates, link shortening — see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the files you process and for everything you do with a tool's output, including invoices, signatures, citations, business names and hashtags. Use only files you own or have permission to use. Do not use the tools on someone else's protected file, and do not use a tool to strip protection, bypass a restriction, or download content you do not have the right to use.

Provided as-is, with honest limits

The tools are provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind. A browser is not a video studio or a certified document engine: where a tool has a genuine limit, its page states the limit in plain words and gives the closest real action instead. Outputs are generated by your browser and are not checked, certified or guaranteed by Tools99. In particular: generated business names and hashtag suggestions are ideas only and their availability is not checked; invoice output is a document you create, and tax and legal invoice requirements vary by country; generated citations, passwords and encrypted text must be checked by you before use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or harm others. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting, and do not misrepresent a tool's output as an official, certified or endorsed document.

Availability and changes

Tools99 may change, add or remove tools at any time, including tools that no longer work reliably in browsers. These terms may be updated, and the updated version will be posted on this page.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tools99 is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the tools or reliance on their output, including loss from an incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable output. Your use of the tools is at your own risk.
